Robert Trnovec

Founder, Consultant | Trnovec Consulting

I lead business, digital, AI transformation on the basis of more than 30 years of experience in the most senior leadership roles at Hewlett-Packard, S&T / Kontron, Microsoft, Zavarovalnica Triglav, where I was directly accountable for strategy, growth, P&L, organisational efficiency. As CEO, Chairman of the Board, General Manager, Regional Director, I did not only help shape strategies, I also delivered them in practice, through phases of growth, consolidation, restructuring.

At Microsoft, Zavarovalnica Triglav I was also responsible for digital platforms, data, business intelligence, artificial intelligence at company, group level, in international, regulated environments.
